The Genesis behind Bonita was Jodie's own long term health issues, with a specialist advising she would never regain full mobility after multiple injuries to both Achilles.  Jodie's passion comes from the result of her own healing and the purchase of her first weight loss machine and recovery equipment. 

Bonita Body Solutions is a boutique studio located in Altona offering the only weight loss capsules of it's kind in Melbourne where you can burn up to 1000 calories in as little as 30 minutes. Bonita also offers Sports Recovery and Infrared Saunas.
